Patient prescription

Found not far from a pharmacist.

It contains the patients date of birth and address so I returned it to the surgery.

He’s in his early 80’s, perhaps he absently dropped it on his way to the pharmacist to order the medicine he needs. He has diabetes and high blood pressure; which is quite bad as he’s been prescribed several different sorts of medicine to treat these two conditions. Vitamin D also suggests he’ll have mobility issues too. On further thoughts he may have had a fall or been rushed to hospital for the reasons outlined in this find.
