Tesco Community token

Image
These blue super market tokens are collected after every in-store purchase and can end up on the floor too like this one. They go towards a community funding pot; for example providing a play facility in your local school. They’ve not always been blue I have a red token. Not all the major supermarkets provide this; I know Asda and Waitrose do.

Cat Collar

Cats easily break loose from their collars or perhaps it come off during a scrap with another cat.

Duck Ornament

Image
This was found only by chance hidden of all places in the bushes of a Christadelphian Church. Obviously dumped. I kept this for a while until the legs broke off, probably the reason why it was discarded.

Tichu card game

Image
This card game obviously fell out of someone's pocket as I found it while sitting on a bench in the bus station. Tichu is the trade name for what appears to be a variant of Dou di zhu, Choi Dai Di (Cantonese) or Da Lao Er (Mandarin), meaning "big two", combined with Zheng Fen ("Competing for Points"). It is also marketed as Tai-Pan in Dutch. Tichu was invented by Urs Hostettler and originally released in 1991 . (wikipedia)
