Squish Mallows

Image
You had the plastic bubble wrap inspirational toy Pop-it’s well here’s another inspired by the one and only all time favourite sweet meat the marshmallow! Little squishy cute toys that come in all shapes and sizes but actually feel like marshmallows; sponge-like but inedible. They’re now one of the toys that come with your kids Happy Meal’s. Sadly some child dropped theirs (Stump the skeleton cat) in the middle of town but it’s my Halloween treat now!

The new look school tie

Image
This find came off because the child is perhaps is new to wearing the school uniform and not got quite used to fixing on their tie. I’m not entirely surprised as rather than tying it as normal there're pinned on instead. The point of this no doubt surrounds health and safety as they’re seen as potentially life threatening through strangulation or hanging.

Who’s Ella?

Spiderman themed find

Image
Definitely the end of summer now and last of the summer finds such as these snazzy sunglasses; a must have for fans who like spiderman.

free wrapping paper

Image
Someone's left their wrapping paper behind; how useful. Perhaps they wrapped up the gift and couldn’t be bothered to keep the rest as it as it was too much to carry as well as the present.

It’s popped up again!

Image
Here’s one of those pop it fidget toys again that children seem to love. The idea would have sprung up for some imaginative designer while opening up a parcel having a eureka moment with some plastic bubble wrap. All it needs is a bit of imagination and you have a super selling machine.

Wet day

Image
This superb umbrella is in fully working order, newly bought and ready and waiting to use having been left outside a shop. Someone'll be getting wet on their way home tonight.

Parking permit

Image
A laminated parking permit found on a seat within a super market car park.

Perfectly annoyingly cute Kittens

Image
Another set of revoltingly sickly sweet cutie furry toy efforts but they're just great names for these cuddly oddities. I’d like to think if I was little now I wouldn’t want one of these and I petty any parent who has a child that wants one.

Patient prescription

Image
Found not far from a pharmacist. It contains the patients date of birth and address so I returned it to the surgery. He’s in his early 80’s, perhaps he absently dropped it on his way to the pharmacist to order the medicine he needs. He has diabetes and high blood pressure; which is quite bad as he’s been prescribed several different sorts of medicine to treat these two conditions. Vitamin D also suggests he’ll have mobility issues too. On further thoughts he may have had a fall or been rushed to hospital for the reasons outlined in this find.

Free newspaper!

Image
Found in cafe. Nice people to have left it for other costumers to look at while enjoying a cuppa. Not that it makes good reading in these troubled times. As it was towards the end of the day I took it away to read later.
