Fly Tipping

This chair is a common item of furniture that can be seen outside many homes. Often it comes with an attached notice such as I’m free and looking for a new home or please take me etc. It’s essentially illegal known as fly tipping. However some people welcome this as it’s free and many people now haven’t got as much money as before the pandemic; this year has seen fuel and food price rises, as well as strikes up and down the country such as rail and even within the NHS.

Alternatively there are websites such as Gumtree that allow people to sell or giveaway their unwanted items. This one is being dismissed by the owner either because they’ve tried one of these sites already with no luck or their too lazy so resort to dumping it instead.
