Hello!

These are name tag stickers specifically used for classroom or lectures as a way of recognition in a meeting or any type of group setting. Also they have often been used by graffiti artists to stick on lampposts and other places like this one found on a bridge. There are more of these ones in and around the city at the moment.

When I lived in London I often came across these and have one or two I managed to prize off.
