Collecting cards

It was raining the day I found these so one of them was somewhat damaged.

Both little cards most likely fell out of a child's pocket or their badly packed rucksack. The lager of the two is a trading card so it might have been an item that no one wanted to swap as sometimes you get one that annoyingly keeps cropping up more frequently for some reason.

The smallest of the two cards comes from a Guess Who board game; Jordan is a baseball player. Now why a child is carrying this might be a number of reasons; such as when it is raining schools make their playgrounds out of bounds and turn lunch hour into wet play where they can be kept occupied with board games for example. Perhaps the card was being deliberately withheld by one of the players and forgot to return it. Maybe they even liked Jordan as they collect baseball players.
