Hair grip

I know just what it’s like when you’ve got long hair and it’s getting in the way of everything you’re doing like eating and doing your school work. Then you simply reach for one of these – the trusty old hair grip or hair slide. This ones a cute little fashion accessory version as you can see.

For the older female on the other hand then you’re using something more specialised; the hair spray so your hair stays in place all day long: You look good and you feel good too so one of the TV advert slogans springs to mind. As an adult that hair grip is either too childish or too impoverished or just plain weird. I know as a friend of mine used to tease me about it.

Is the hair spray option too good to be true? Yes! Over use can give you a permanent bad hair day as it’s not good for your hair and it’s an environmental polluter too! Short hair’s the answer to all these wows. Firstly is not messy – just leave it as it sorts it’s self out – out of sight out of mind. Secondly – it’s good for the environment not just because your not using a can of pollutant but less water when washing it.
