This was found in a car park, no doubt it came off someone's car keys. As you can see the clasp is rusting so there’s no wander it came loose.

Young persons library card

This is possibly the early signs of growing up and becoming more interested in other interests like boyfriends and music as witnessed in this discarded find. Or perhaps simply innocently dropped by a parent as they rifle though their belongs trying to find their daughters, named Florence and Charlotte in this case, refreshments while out walking. Finds can reveal more then just a dropped item sometimes. Yes; these were returned to the local library.
