Mental health issues are on the increase and this has been largely exasperated by the aftershocks of the pandemic. However it is thanks to charities like this one that help is available. Young people especially were effected. Many of them cannot go back to school. While adults are finding they cannot return to work either because of their ever increasing health issues such as not being able to find work or mobility problems bringing on mental health issues resulting on an ever increasing reliance on the overstretched NHS.
